What types of payment are accepted?

We offer a wide variety of payment options for your convenience you can choose at checkout.

 

What are we are purchasing on behalf of a state/local/federal entity?

What if I am tax exempt ?

How long does it take from ordering to delivery?

We make our best effort to get everything packed and shipped in a timely manner. Due to High demand please allow 3-5 business days for processing and packaging, and 2-3 business days for stateside shipping (Alaska &Hawaii 3-5 business days) once shipped.

Gloves and Eureka doorstops typically 1 business day processing and will ship the very next business day. All other items may take upon 48 hours upon processing to ship.

NOTE: Weekends and Holidays affect the Postal Services and therefore may cause a delay in shipping times.

Will you ship to my APO/DPO/FPO address?

Patriot Security Solutions ships to U.S. service members at overseas APO, DPO, and FPO locations throughout the world.

Products may only be shipped to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses using the U.S. Postal Service. These shipments can take up to 8 weeks or more for delivery to the final destination. The final leg of the shipment is via military transport and USPS, and we have no control over the shipment transit times.

To ship a product to an APO, FPO, or DPO location, at checkout:

• Choose United States as the shipping country;

• Choose armed forces (Europe, Pacific, Americas, Africa or Middle East) for your state;

• Enter your Unit information in the two Address fields; and

• Make sure to include your rank and first and last name in the name fields.

I entered the wrong address when ordering, can I fix this?

Please understand entering the correct information when placing an order is the customer's responsibility. We will do what we can prior to the order being shipped, but we make no promises if the incorrect address was entered. Again, it is the customer's responsibility. We provide the opportunity to correct your own address at your thank you or confirmation of order page. As well as in your customer portal. Log in, find your order and click change address. this option is available for 30 minutes after your order has been placed. After 30 minutes please reach out to us directly as that's when the order gets pushed to our warehouse for fulfillment.

I'd like to cancel my order, how do I go about this?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange, less shipping. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Return Policy

Patriot Security Solutions stands by our money-back guarantee, and a limited lifetime warranty on our products.

All orders must be postmarked within 21 days after delivery. All returned items must be in new / like new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If our items do not meet high quality expectations you can request a return within the 21-day period as well, even if used, return and/or restock fee may apply depending on the situation.

 

Return Process

To apply for a return of an item, please have your Order ID# and Mailing ZIP Code ready & visit and contact us at Info@Patriot-security-solution.com

From there you can submit for a return/exchange.

*NOTE* Returns other than size or warranty exchanges will be subject to a 20% restock fee. For refunds, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges per our return policy.

Exchange Process

To apply for an exchange of an item, please have your order ID# and zip code ready. Email us for exchanges. Size and warranty exchange postage will be covered by Patriot Security Solutions. The new size will be shipped out when the unused size is received. If the gloves that you are exchanging show wear and tear, Patriot Security Solutions will not exchange for a new pair. You will be charged in full, with shipping, for the new pair.

*NOTE* For Size exchanges, please leave a note on what size you would like to exchange for (ie. Exchanging small for medium when submitting an exchange/return email.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange. Refunds may take up to two weeks to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note

- gloves, sleeves, T-shirts, stickers that appear to be cut with scissors as a result from cutting the product packaging will not be refunded or exchanged.​​
