We take pride in our identity as a police and veteran-owned business. Founded by Mick Chemlick, a former member of the elite Bomb Squad and Underwater Investigation Unit and Zach Johnson a current Police detective with a chemical weapons back ground. We bring the same dedication, courage, and precision to our operations that were honed during years of service to our nation and communities. Mick Chemlick
With 25 years of distinguished service in the Milwaukee Police Department, Mick dedicated his career to protecting the community and facing complex challenges in law enforcement. A seasoned investigator and tactical expert, he served as a vital member of the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, working to combat threats at both local and national levels.
For 15 years, Mick was a key operator in the Milwaukee Bomb Squad, responding to dangerous situations with precision, courage, and technical expertise. His knowledge extended beyond the surface as he also served in the Milwaukee Underwater Investigations Unit where he handled complex aquatic operations and evidence recovery.
Before Mick's time in law enforcement, he served in the United States Army, and the Wisconsin Army National Guard for over 20 years. He brought unwavering commitment to duty onto the battlefield. During his service he demonstrated resilience, strategic skills, and leadership in high-stakes environments such as Iraq and Bosnia.
Now retired, Mick continues to embody the principles of integrity, bravery, and service, leaving behind a legacy of dedication that has impacted many. Whether mentoring future generations of first responders or sharing their wealth of experience, their commitment to protecting others remains as strong as ever.
Zach Johnson
Zachary Johnson is a dedicated law enforcement professional with over a decade of experience. Zachary has investigated many types of crime in his role of Detective.These crimes include Non- fatal shootings, Robbery, Arson, and others.
As a Law Enforcement Standards Board certified instructor and former FTO, Zach takes great pride in equipping potential officers with essential skills that uphold that mission.Zachary's background and training encompasses and extensive and diverse skill set.
He holds multiple certifications that include hazardous materials operations and hazmat technician. This specialized training gives Zachary the skills and knowledge to detect, collect, and handle hazardous materials ensuring safety. Zachary's specialized training equips him with the necessary skills to respond effectively in high-stakes situations involving chemical weapons or weapons of mass destruction.Zachary has also trained in live agent chemical weapons.
Zachary is also a member of the Crisis Negotiation Unit, where effective communication can turn potentially volatile situations into peaceful resolutions.
Additionally, Zachary is a member of the Major Incident Response Team (MIRT). This has allowed him the increased ability to act decisively under pressure during critical incidents.
This ability to act decisively under pressure during critical events along with his background in Dignitary protection, recently proved useful as Zachary was tasked as a site supervisor during a NSSE event. During this event he managed a location occupied by high value members of local, state, and federal government.
Zachary is also an accomplished diver and holds multiple certifications.
