Coming Soon.......Lupe Ramirez-Cervantes (RC) comes to us with an extensive background in proactive policing. He has close to 18 years of Law Enforcement experience in the state of Wisconsin, which includes five and a half years as a Sergeant. He has served on numerous units within his department which include the Anti-Gang Unit (AGU’s), Major Incident Response team (MIRT), Street Crimes Unit (NTF) and Swat team (TEU).  As a supervisor he was in charge of the Violent Crime Reduction Team (VCRT / AGU’s) and has over seen an FBI Task Force. He has been involved in several critical incidents which include  numerous officer involved shootings (OIS), Mass shootings (Bucks, Puerto Rican Fest) and the 2016 and 2020 riots. He is a state certified instructor in Firearms (Pistol and Rifle) and Red Dot. RCs motto is “always a student first”  drives him to continually learn new skills and improve as an instructor.
